About

To make games as enjoyable as possible.

We are two university students building PatchLab out of Georgia Tech's Create-X—computer scientists and gamers who care about how games actually feel.

Founders

What we believe

Studios already ship builds and collect notes. What's missing is a disciplined read on player affect—paired with human follow-up—so QA isn't guesswork. PatchLab is the instrument for that work: tech-forward, research-grounded, consulting-minded.

Our inspiration

We first started with affective computing. Studies like CREMA-D gave us the inspiration that we could parse emotional information from audio-visual components. We built on that idea and won an award at Hacklytics @ Georgia Tech — see PatchLab on Devpost.
